Fenticonazole is an antifungal medicine.
Lomexin works by triple-inhibitory action
• It stops the growth and adhesion of fungi and bacteria by directly inhibiting their secretory aspartate proteinase and pyruvate oxidoreductase enzymes.
• It inhibits the fungal cell wall integrity by inhibiting the cytochrome P450 3A enzyme.
Lomexin ovules are dissolved inside the vaginal and reduce vaginal burning, itching, and discharge.
