'- Clear mucus from the nose before using Respimar nasal spray.

- Remove the cap, tilt your head to one side, insert the inhaler into one nostril and gently press the inhaler until the solution comes out.

- Wait a while for the solution to be absorbed and then shake a little to get rid of the excess.

- Repeat the previous steps in the other nostril.
